I'm wondering how she feels about the verbage of being "tapped". This sounds very sexist to me! Also, what's up with 'newly created' position for her predecessor? I am not sure if her wardrobe is a reflection of her choice or if she felt compelled to dress 'male' to be treated with the respect she obviously has EARNED!
